ORDER DISPATCH & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days for orders from Greece, 4-10 working days for orders from the European Union, 10-15 working days for the United States of America and 30 days for the rest of the world depending on the country of order.
The above-mentioned times are subject to credit clearance and availability of items and also may change during festive/holiday periods. We ship products from Greece depending on stock availability through one of our delivery partners. Once shipped by us, you will receive a tracking number to track your order and from then on you will need to communicate with our delivery partner for the actual delivery. The Company reserves the right to delay the dispatch of an order (e.g. due to insufficient stock or order delivery load). We will contact you if there is a delay on our end or if items are out of stock.
For USA customers : All orders are currently being shipped with courier service , that means you will receive your package in 5-7 days .
