RIGHT OF RETURN
1 Waccept returns only within the European Union and UK . in case your purchasing from USA , Australia , Canada or any other third country please note we do not accept returns for Logistics reasons .
If your in European Union or UK please read out returns policy thet is as follows :
In case you wish to return an item , please first contact us at info@grecmuse.com within 5 days upon delivery . you will be able to ship the package back up to 14 days from receiving it. Item must be in its exact original state in order to be refunded . In case of a return , any gifts sent with the product must be returned as well, as they are part of the transaction .
You will be able to return a product as long as it is sent to the Company as you received it, in its original state, unworn, with the label tags on and in a resalable state overall.
Custom orders and earrings are excluded from returns policy .
The return/shipping costs and any other costs (such as customs fees) will be borne by the customer.
2 If you believe that your order has been delayed excessively or possibly lost and you can’t figure out more from the delivery service provider, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
After 4 weeks of delay (since the estimated shipping date) or in case of proved shipping loss, we will provide you with a refund. It is highlighted that the customer is responsible for the proper collection of the order and the Company does not provide a refund for unclaimed orders that are returned to us.
3 If you receive a defective or broken product, please contact us immediately after receiving your order at info@grecmuse.com. Although we handle our packaging with extra care, we acknowledge the possibility of breaking due to delivery. In such cases, we do not offer a refund, but we do offer a replacement also at no extra cost.
4 We do not offer a refund if a piece of jewelry or a part of it breaks due to improper use. In such cases you may contact us to assist you with options to fix it.
5. We ship from Europe , that means if you’re an international customer outside Europe , custom fees may occur . We do not hold any responsibility for them. the customer will have to cover all custom fees that may apply . If a customer declines paying these fees , there will be NO refund for this reason.
6. customer acceptance .
Once placing an order , we will provide a tracking number for it . It is a customers responsibility to track the package and collect it . If a package returns back marked UNCLAIMED there will no be a refund about it as it will be considered as a Forced return .
7.Cancelations . An order cannot be canceled once it’s been placed.
